When is the Promotion Period?
The promotion commences for purchases in Independent supermarkets, on 02/09/2020 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 29/09/2020 (“Promotional Period”).

How do I get my cash back?
To claim the Repayment, individuals must visit www.praise.com.au/promotions, follow the prompts to the promotion claim page, input the requested details including their full name, email address, and bank account details (for the Repayment – if applicable), upload a copy of the purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction, confirm how they wish to receive the Repayment (either EFT to the bank account details submitted or PayPal) and submit the fully completed online claim form during the Promotional Period. Fully completed online claim forms must be received by 11:59pm AEDST on 13/10/2020. Any Claim forms received after the relevant claim close date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
How do I receive my cash back?
The Repayment will be made in the form of a direct bank deposit or via PayPal. Claims will be validated within one (1) business day. Payment of the Repayment will be made within seven (7) days of the claim being validated.
I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?
Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
Ensure you have uploaded a clear image of your valid itemised purchase receipt.
How many times can I enter?
Only one (1) claim is permitted per household during the promotion.
